  • Your name and email address (associated with the account)
  • Your order number (or confirmation number received via email for your order)
  • The issue with your product

Depending on the product, timelines and condition of product and/or packaging, Shop Central and our partners reserve the right to refuse any refunds for items damaged, used or otherwise tampered with.
Also depending on the product, seasonality and availability, Shop Central may or may not be able to offer an exact product exchange for certain products. Should an exchange be required with no identical product available, a similar/comparable product will be offered.
