Like the small businesses we work to support, Shop Central is a small, boot-strap team that are working hard to keep deliveries on time.
- If there is a delay with your order or changes to be made, we will reach out as early as we can
- If a product is unavailable, we will swap it for something of equal or greater value in the same category or maker, refunds are also available
- Custom and/or handmade products may take additional time to put together
